HR has to ensure that all workers, regardless of position or level, have the necessary digital skills to help the company accomplish its objectives of high productivity and employee happiness and therefore generate a positive corporate image and increase consumer pleasure. With technology evolving at such a breakneck rate, it is imperative that we update our human resources procedures and practises at a much quicker rate if we are to achieve business excellence.
