Aim of the study: In accordance with this, the formation and use of mechanisms of integration interaction of enterprises occurs by determining the parameters of the integration of the business environment based on the established relationships between the constituent elements of such a system. The IOPS model is segmented. This indicates the possibility of grouping enterprises in accordance with the main objectives of the development of a particular industry. Methodology: Consequently, a balanced development of the industrial complex can be achieved by distributing the enterprises of its branches in the corresponding segments of the economic, social or environmental component, each of which has a corresponding range of consumers. This choice of forming the structure of the business environment for the operation of enterprises is due to the need to take into account the main characteristics of the industrial complex. Conclusion: Together, these factors characterize all aspects of the company's economic activity. Therefore, the SPD air force is characterized by similar factors: technological, socioeconomic, institutional, and geographical. Each of them has its own specific characteristics, which are inherent to the corresponding SPD and characterize the conditions under which its economic activities are carried out on the principles of balanced development. The specificity of such factorial features is formed by the features of the PS (external and internal).
